The Location of the Property is very excellent. Very well connected to the Public Transport (just a 2 mins walk). Vasil and Veronika at the Reception are just Amazing. They explained us all the things while checking-in. Thye gave us perfect and all details about Room, Hotel, Breakfast, Public Transport, nearby Restaurants and attractions as well. They are very Polite and knowledgeable too. We really enjoyed our Stay. Room size were quite decent and rooms are near and clean. Everything was perfect and value for Money. Parking is included in stay and very convenient to park and use it. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are so friendly. They have free mulled wine for guests for most of the day. We were given a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. The rooms are so clean and the pillows were super soft. The location is very close to the tram line about a 3 minute walk and the number 18 tram takes you to city centre Would definitely recommend this hotel to friend ♥️

The breakfast was fantastic with so much choice I didn’t know where to start and what to try first! Everything appeared well labelled and well presented. Everything we tried was tasty and we didn’t need to eat again during the morning.

The hotel is very good and has a classic charm. My friend and I had a wonderful experience during our stay. As a complimentary gesture, the hotel gave us a beautiful bottle of wine and a €25 discount voucher for dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant, which was an incredible experience. The food was amazing, and I had the chance to try the local Czech wine, something we were really grateful for. The housekeeping was excellent—the room was always clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent, with a nice selection of food and cakes that I really enjoyed. The entrance to the hotel is very charming, with a red carpet and a lot of historical character, which adds to the overall experience. The staff were absolutely kind and attentive throughout our stay. When we mentioned that we weren’t happy with our original room, they immediately offered us a better option, which we really appreciated. The location is not the most central, but the tram stops right in front of the hotel every five minutes, and it only takes about 20 minutes to reach the centre of Prague, very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and, of course, we’re already planning to come back soon!

The staff, the breakfast, the front office, the bar entertainment, and many, many more. The receptionists were quite exceptional with their delivery of qualitative service. They were so ready to help. I don't want to stay anywhere else when next I'm in Prague but in this hotel. They made my first-time visit to be memorable. City attractions are less than 13 minutes away.
